The SAGL provides the following laboratory training:
Wheat and wheat flour analysis:
One day course
with training for sample dividing, flour mixing, hectolitre mass,
falling number milling, farinograph, alveograph, mixograph, consistograph,
falling number, protein, moisture and colour analysis. Including a lecture on
Good Laboratory Practise (GLP) and accreditation.
